Best Halloween Decorations Under $20
1. Pumpkin Pie Jar Candle
Is there something that screams Fall more than a scented candle?
When I want to create a cozy space to relax scented candles are always the first thing I get. They make such a difference and create the best ambience in the room.
2. Pumpkin LED String Lights
Led lights are so cute and make a huge change in your bedroom!
I have the regular fairy lights in my bedroom and I love to turn them on when I’m reading or watching a movie.
Light is so important when creating a specific aesthetic, so these Pumpkin string lights will be perfect as Halloween decorations.
3. Decorative Ceramic Pumpkin
One thing I never regret buying is high-quality home decor.
My #1 tip is to always buy good quality stuff that you can use over the years and not wasting your money on decor that will end up in the trash.
This pumpkin is incredibly cute and the best part is that it’s made from ceramic which means it won’t deteriorate over time and will last you a lot!
4. Jack-O’-Lanterns Container
This is the cutest container for Halloween.
You can use it to store your candy or even place a battery-operated candle inside of it to use it as a candle holder!
5. Spooky Message Door Mat
This is such a funny decoration to receive your friends to.
Whether you’re having a little Halloween party (Covid!) or just want to make your place look spookier, a doormat is a perfect decor idea to get in the mood for some scary vibes.
6. Halloween Skull with Succulent
Calling all the plant lovers! Do you LOVE plants but don’t have any plant holders to go with the Halloween theme? Problem solved!
This cute skull shaped plant pot comes with a succulent to add a touch of greenery to your decor. The succulent is fake, so you don’t even have to worry about watering it.
What I love about this decor accent is that it’s very minimal and not trashy at all, so you could easily use this all year round if you’re a fun of skull shaped decorations.
7. Battery Operated Led Candles
This is the BEST invent ever! Candles are officially the major Fall decor items, but with these ones, you don’t have to worry about burning your whole house.
These candles are battery operated which means you can have them on for hours and create the same exact effect as real candles.
I bought some for my bedroom last year and my friends even thought they were actual wax candles!
8. Halloween Decorative Kitten Skeleton
If you’re looking for spooky Halloween decorations that are also fun this is for you.
This cute skeleton is perfect if you have kids because it almost looks like a toy, but it’s also a good piece to put on your front step since it’s suitable both for indoor and outdoor use.
9. Happy Halloween Banner
Wall decor is my favorite type of Halloween decor.
For sure, small accents on tables and shelves are cute, but wall decor is on another level. Banners are amazing because they can fill a whole wall and really put you in the Halloween spirit.
11. Velvet Pumpkins Set
Pumpkin sets are the BEST Halloween decorations! You can get them for a really cheap price and display them around the house in different places.
And what’s better than a pumpkin set? A velvet pumpkin set! Velvet is perfect for Fall since it has such a smooth texture and gives major cozy vibes.
Honestly, if you want to decorate your house for Fall without spending much, just get a few pumpkin sets and you’re good to go. You can even DIY these ones with any kind of fabric you like.

12. Halloween Pillow Covers
When you’re decorating for Fall, the couch is a place you want to pay extra attention to, because you’re going to spend a lot of time in it!
Just putting a few spooky pillow covers on your regular pillows and placing a blanket on the side of your couch will already make a huge difference.
You don’t need to spend a lot on this because any kind of black or brown pillowcase will work too!
13. Large Tweed Pumpkin
If you’re into farmhouse decor, you’ll love this amazing tweed pumpkin.
What I love about it is that it’s really big, so it can cover a huge amount of space. It’s perfect for those shelves you don’t know what to put on. Simple and inexpensive!
14. Wall Sticker Bats
These sticker bats are the best Halloween decorations for your walls because you don’t need any glue to hang them, so they won’t harm your walls.
They are waterproof and can be used on so many surfaces like doors and windows. You can easily take them off and use them the next year!
15. Letter Board
If you have a letter board, you can easily turn it into a Halloween decoration. All you have to do is think of a really spooky message and put it on the board.
For even more spookiness you can combine it with some led lights or small pumpkins.
This is a piece you can easily DIY as well. All you need is cardboard and some black and white paint. Even though I recommend getting this letter board from Amazon since it’s very affordable and you can keep it as an all-time decor.

16. Pumpkin Patch Sign
This is just a cute sign you can hang on your door or above some faux pumpkins to create a nice farmhouse look.
17. Pumpkin Ceramic Plate
I’m pretty sure a lot of us will be spending Halloween at home this year. So if you’re planning on doing a little reunion with your friends, you’ll need some plates to match the Halloween theme.
You can combine this cute ceramic plate with a black tablecloth and use it to serve appetizers or desserts!
18. Plaid Door Mat
If you want your Halloween decorations to be a bit more subtle you should check this plaid doormat. It works great as a Fall decoration without being too trashy. You can combine it with some faux pumpkins or a small sign for a more spooky look.
It can be machine washed which is amazing, so it’s easy to clean. And it can be used both outside and inside. Just the perfect decor to welcome your friends.
19. Pumpkin Vase Fillers
This is another example of how to turn a simple decor object into the cutest Halloween decoration. All you need is a glass vase to fill it with mini pumpkins. If you don’t have a vase at hand, you can also use a tray, a bowl or a basket.
These pumpkin fillers are perfect if you’re looking for a more neutral Fall look, and you get 15 of them in one pack, so you can easily make it work to fill two containers.
20. Pumpkin Shaped Neon Sign
I was saving the best decor idea for the end! Look at this incredible pumpkin-shaped neon sign. This will look amazing on your nightstand or desk, so it’s perfect as a bedroom decoration.
Most of these neon signs cost more than $40, so I was shocked when I saw how inexpensive it is. This is the pumpkin one, but it comes in more shapes like a witch hat, a bat, and a ghost.
